Once matched with a mentor, students will attend 1:1 sessions with their mentors once a month. Students and mentors schedule their own sessions based on availability.
Upon completion of the program, students will receive a Certificate of Completion at the DWSC awards reception, and are eligible to apply for educational scholarships.
Program details
The S.M.I.L.E. Program 2025 takes place February - March (3 months).
Deadline to apply: January 31st.
Students and mentors will be matched based on the information collected in the pre-program survey.
Meet with your mentor 4 times over the three-month program.
